Health related fitness is component on cardiovascular fitness .Cardiovascular fitness is how long you can resist doing an activities. Muscular endurance allows you to contract your muscles without getting tired than you could of. Flexibility is that you have the ability to move and can help reduce your risks for muscle and bone injuries .Muscular strength helps you reduce your risk for muscle bone and joint injuries .Body composition is important to your health and risks for chronic disease. Take it from The Foundation of Personal Fitness.
The health related fitness that I am more focusing on is Muscular Endurance because it is sort of skill-related well am doing this because it is how fast you react like hand-eye coordination. The activity am doing is a Hand Slap A hand slap is like going to show you how fast you react to things like a hand slap. The reaction time is like how quickly you respond to something like your hearing, see, or feel. All am going to do is stand 2 people in front of each other just 4 inches away living space between their partners .then one person try’s to slap the other ones hand and see how fast they react.
During the summer am going to play sports but the main one is soccer and every morning ill wake up to take a jog or walk/run around the park .Like am going to try and keep my body fit .Like this helps me in Cardiovascular Endurance to keep your heart pumping
